My sister is user of yatra.com and want to share her horrible experience with yatra.com. she planned a trip to Kolad with cousins and contacted yatra for hotel booking. They offered us substandard hotels by mentioning it as 5 star hotel. Cheapest room in that hotel that is hut cottage was reserved for backpackers as the premium room.when she confront the customer care people they didn't attend her properly they just transfer calls which didn't connect and have to wait till that time. Please don't use yatra.com they are most horrible company.please save your money so that you don't have to go on unwanted vacation.
