I joined wipro recently & was very happy since it was a very big name in the corporate world. later on I came to know about the realities. u dont know who is dealing with what, for which issue whom to contact, if u hav HR problems u dont whom to contact may be in ur shift he is not avlble.
If ur shift is over by 5.30 a.m. thn u have to wait for 6.15 a.m. board the cab , u r called 1.30 hrs earlier thn ur shift because trnsport does not hav othr slot , cause tht is the way transportation runs
If while in ur shift u have system issues no one will be issuing down times, no policies for issuing breaks, if u hav "setting" with Traffic guy u might get brks.U dont know about ur PF , MEDICAL , u just cant hope to make carrier in these kind of company only gud thing about the company was it had a Gym. *
