I stayed at this hotel for about 10 days recently. It is located in Panchkula, sector 2 and is easily accessible. The stay was reasonably comfortable and the staff quite friendly and courteous. However, the hotel is not upto the mark compared to other Welcomegroup hotels.
The driveway in is narrow and there isn't enough space for a vehicle(Innova) to turn to get to the main entrance to the hotel. However, the parking is ample. The lobby is barely acceptable and needs a facelift. The service is quick, polite and smooth.
Food at the restaurant is basic, as compare to other Welcomegroup hotels. Maybe some more variety needs to be added. However, guests are also few and so it may not be economical for them to prepare a larger variety. Some small things in the rooms need to be looked into since it is these small details that make one feel comfortable. The tea, coffee, sachets in the rooms are inadequate. Fruits are not changed for days, till asked for(should be replaced everyday).
The gym is very basic and the swimming pool just a shade better than a bathtub.
Overall a good hotel for a short stay for single travellers. For those with families or for extended stay, you would do better to look for other avenues.
