Vu pixelight 4k uhd tv purchased on July 2020 in 30k from Flipkart with extended warranty from VU 1+ 2years in 3k. After 2months of usage suddenly stopped working with no picture no sound only red light blinking. I called VU customer care on 10th September 2020. They asked to send bill picture to support@vutvs.com. Then on 11th again and asked for service engineer but they told your service call still not registered so I have wait for another 24 hrs then on 12th again I called then they registered my complain. After 3 days on 15th September I called again then provided me with VU kolkata branch number of there helpdesk 933970xxxx. I called repeatedly but no-one received my call again I called VU customer care then they given me vu kolkata branch head number that is S.K BAIRAGI. I called him and he told me sent service person. Then on 16th September service engineer came and detected the main board need to be changed. Today that is 26th September no one came to change the board. Such a pathetic service.
