Vodafone was the first sim I used.
Network : Network is available in cities only. Rarely you will find it in the village areas. I used to live in Rampur, where there was no network of Vodafone.
Customer Service: I used it for 5-6 years until I finally had to change to jio. I lost my phone once, I tried getting my Vodafone sim using my old number, but none of the customer care could help me out. In the end I found out my sim was allotted to someone else. That's the sim I used it for my bank accounts & someone else got the number.
I loved voda once, hate it now .
