I booked for sofa cleaning service, but one of the cleaners was so unskilled that they spilled more than half a bucket of soapy water directly onto my sofa. It's been three days, and my sofa still hasn't dried. To top it off, I was surprised to find the cleaning boy using my personal towel to dry himself. Such unprofessionalism.
