Today I am sharing my experience with via.com. I had booked volvo bus tickets from delhi to manali for 7th of august and paid the whole amount in advance on 3rd of august itself.
today I am receiving their cancellation mail. due to some circumstances we are cancelling your seat reservation and will process the refund within 24-48 hrs.
after all arrangements done they spoiled my whole trip.
now I need to arrange another volvo reservation. so I will not recommend anyone to use via.com as its totally wastage of time and money.
