We have ordered 4 nos of cots, mattresses, dining table, TV Unit etc with strict delivery date, but faced the following problems.
Materials not delivered on time.
Even after 2-3 days delay, they made only partial delivery.
Few planks were missing in the cots, when we raised the complaint, it is not addressed on time.
Only 4 dining chairs delivered out of 6, and they have informed us that they will deliver in fee days. Later they called us and told that balance two chairs got damaged during transportation. The funny part is urbanladder team is pushing us to take two nos of different type of chair.
When we call to follow-up the complaint, the executives are trying to find some fault on us.(Like "your address is not in our delivery range, last time we missed to collect the delivery charges. You have to pay the delivery charges this time for even earlier delivery also". But we have given the complete address while placing the order, they have confirmed that delivery is free)
Overall opinion is not satisfied with the service, recommend not to buy from URBANLADDER.
