I had a great packing and moving service experience with Trueway for transit from Bengaluru to Kolkata. My house goods were packed carefully with ample packaging material per item. The pick up and drop was on time. I received all the goods intact with minor scratches which is fine considering the long distance. They even went out of their way to accommodate 4 live plants which also arrived in good condition. Kudos to the entire team and I would specially like to thank Raz, who was the assigned POC for me. Right from sharing the quotation and until the delivery, he was always attentive, helpful and patiently cleared all our queries, also provided timely updates.
