Do not book hotel through travel guru.I have booked hotel at Bangalore through travel guru.
I have intimated them about cancellation of visit even 10 days advance through e mail.
They have not informed concerned hotel & the hotel had charged my credit card.Travel guru had never informed me hotel address & contact no & therefore only way to communicate was to inform Tarvel Guru. Their service is hopeless. Executives donot inform terms and conditions during booking. They never informed me that they will charge credit card in case of no show in the hotel. I have communicated to them through e mail but they only sent standard reply that I was charged for no show. When I asked them why they have not acted on my cancellation request they only said they had not received any communication. I have sent them proof of communication informing my cancellation requests. Pls donot use services of Travel Guru they will inform you lot of good things just to trap uou. They are here just to get your money and not providing any service.
Pls donot use travel guru services.
