My user id is 1114914449 and I am using Tikona for the past 3-4 months.


I am being mentally tortured by the service that Tikona is providing.


Being in the prime location in Chennai(Nungambakkam) I am not getting


the promised speed by Tikona. I have been promised with a 4Mbps speed


but the situation is that I am not able to open the speed test


website. All the request is getting timedout because of the pathetic


speed by Tikona. For the last 4 weeks my connection is going on and


off and no resolution is in place till date. I called customer care


8-10 times and 4-5 engineers visited in last 4 weeks after so much of


persuading but still the issue remains the same and no one is able to


resolve the issue.


I was cheated by Tikona and they made false promises regarding the


speed. I was using Airtel for the past 8 years and never faced such


issue.


I would never advice any of my friends to opt for Tikona and raising


the same issue in the website where people are looking for options.


I am running a business which is totally dependent on Internet and lot


of losses because of Tikona and I am raising this in the consumer


court website. This has been the worst experience with any operator.


People without any skill and no ownership to handle and sort out


issues. This is beyond anyone's tolerance level.


Waiting for the new connection from better broadband operator to stop this one.


PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR TIKONA.The speed gets worse than 2G connection at time and support is very poor.
