Ridiculous service, dont ever think of opting for Tikona.
Their customer care dont care about anything, no issues would be resolved.
The technology used is utter bullshit, network speed will keep on fluctuating.
Even if the weather is crystal clear you wont receive signals most of times.
They dont have work ethics, just goons to loot you.
No waivers even if you dont have service for whole month, they simply deny.
All in all dont even think of using Tikona service and recommend other not to use it too.
I was one of the Tikona user until last month, simply ridiculous.
