I have a Tikona internet connection for 2 years now, in Bangalore, Yumlur. Network goes off abruptly and connection is returned equally randomly. The outages last for hours. They cut off internet during the night. In spite of repeated complaints, they refuse to do anything that would fix the long term problem.
For other ISPs(like Airtel and Reliance), you are missing out on a market here as people near Yumlur do not have an alternative. I personally will move to anyone else who provides broadband around the area.
If you are looking to get a new Tikona connection, don't. Unless you don't mind not having internet when you need it the most, and paying for the month when in practice, you have internet only for half the time. Support is evasive and try to get you off the call somehow. I know they book more customers than they have bandwidth for and in retrospect, support has little to do anyway.
