It is a worst internet service provider I have seen
They put a device on the top of your roof and take money for minimum 3 months
Till 15-20 days you will find it nice and after this your login page will not open
Customer care is worst
You can call only once a day in customer care of tikona
If your net is not working they will not response for half a month
And after your 3 months are over. Then they will send there engineers to you for asking problem
If you have any problem it will be solved
If you want to cut off ypur connection
Tikona will not listen to you and keep on sending you bills per month without useage
