Hi, I got a connection installed around 3 weeks ago and since then I am facing problem. First I chased sales guy to get it install and took almost 2 weeks.
Then the real drama started after instillation. It never continuously worked for 2 days. It is not working since last 5 days. I have called customer care multiple times but the executives are so stupid and useless. They don't even understand the problems and only read the scrips.
They never have the solution of any problem. The email id j.nair never reply for any of the mails. The worst service and support I have ever seen by any service provider.
I don't even want to give one star as they deserve no ratings. This only waste of money, time and most important your energy. I would strongly recommend not to have Tikona else burn your own blood. Pathetic! My Tikona ID- 1113480346
