A fraud company with "0" sense of customer experience.


When I had written a detailed review and attached pics... finally after a week someone from the team reached out to me when the CEO and other people didn't bother to respond or fix my concerns whilst I was still on trip.


After lot of back and forth, their way of settling the matter was to offer me a free trip to one of the 5 cheapest countries for duration starting from 2 days and clarified that it's only for "accommodation". So basically they were making go on another trip where I bear all the expense and they will give me free accommodation on their selected properties for couple of days. Great way to make more business. I had thought I'll consider it although it would need me spend a lot more. I specifically asked them if there is a catch, why would they be doing it. They said it's to support the customer as an apology. The team kept following up on if I have selected the place that I could fly within the year...I finally chose and informed. Only to be later told that "you'll need to delete the negative reviews in return"!! Wowww! When I had asked before, there was no such catch. Then I rather asked for compensation than going on another Trip which they'll anyway end up screwing.


I was asked for the details where I had lost money or ended up spending more coz of them as below.


1. Lost 15 USD at airport with the authorities and nobody was available to support or help.


2. Lost 55+10 USD for compulsory tipping which was mandated by third party and Thrillophillia was nowhere available or aligned to avoid this.


3. Had to pay for 2 lunch but 1 was approved for refund by Tanzila, 10 USD.


4. Were made to checkout at 7 am with no room available for rest and left stranded at lobby with no water etc. Technically full days room charge was taken when there was no room.


5. Dawn check out on 2 days but got 2 buns or croissant as breakfast box when breakfast cost was included which would've been a buffet otherwise.


6. Abu Simbel's transfers were included which is the costly part. I should've been taken there whether I wanted to take separate entry ticket or not. But denied by the agency.


7. Sound and light show was not taken to.


8. Too short spots visits of 20-60 mins whereas 2-3 hours stop at spots for commissioned buying of souvenirs and perfumes which were not included in itinerary. Time should have been invested in tourist spots.


9. No heaters at 3 stays for 4 days and no coffee kettle for 3 days, and had to suffer in cold and buy tea and coffee.


10. Flight was supposed to be in the day's evening or next morning as per itinerary. Instead night's flight was mentioned reducing accomodation time but full money charged.


11. 90% of people were given business class flight with free food n lounge access whereas I was given economy flight and invested money on snacks as the flight was at night and last meal was in noon.


12. Other people paid less amount for 10 days tour. I was the one who paid highest amount for single and comfortable accommodation to rest and relax and half of the accommodation was hardly used and tour was for 9 days.


13. Other than all this, suffered in stress and irritation as Thrillophilia took no responsibility. Compensation is not just for not getting the optimum for investment amount but also for the stress and anxiety during the whole trip losing money and not getting full worth and no support from anyone.


Only to be later tagged me as "childish" and no compensation. I can go the legal route if I want. So there you go, their amazing and honest customer service.


I have all the evidence and call recordings that can be shared. Scammers!
