I use telenor from last six months when I am in the city the is good but when I going to village area then signal is missing thats why I decided to port the provider and I filled the form of portability and fees paid to the service centre but my operator not change in two month time this is called a customer service from telenor. **I would prefere Idea than telenor because signal quality** of Idea is very good in not only city but also in rural area than telenor. Telenor is a cheapest rate than Idea but Internet service is very poor some of area in india has a 2G service and some area has a 3G service. internet speed of telenor is waste of time for me.
