Picture is good but for HD you have to pay extra Sound is also good, when weather is not clear the system goes off.
Service support is good, but when its time to reach the customer care representative it takes too much time very hard to reach them.service and support is ok when you reach their representative they send technician at your home.You have to struggle to reach on call.Not at all Value for money within year they have increased price 3 to 4 times.
