My Postpaid mobile number is 9042929922 I tool this connection before November my plan is 349 pack in this plan I have 16 hours Talk to Any phone in India And 259 SMS 1 GB Data I tool the sim for Data Bit I can get only upto 50 Mb per month due to network issue so I complined 3 or more times with customer care.


Still the issues not Solved so I decided to MNP to some other network so I just sent it that MNP Code format and I got it I gave that code to Airtel and I got sim card also in this occuation I got a call from Customer care and one lady she spoke to me Regarding this and she told to me you don't move to other network we will rectify your complaints and we will give you the best service.


And also she gave 300 Rupees waiver From my bill amount and I just requested to Change my Plan 349 to 249 because 349 plan have 1 GB data but there is no use with this data because poor network so I gave a request for plan change I got the intimations regarding this. And also MNP request was cancelled. But three days afte I got call and one boy he said your porting code was initiated and it was cancelled due to unpaiding bill amount. The bill amount is 600 then why I want pay this already I got waiver so then why you people cheating me?
