Syska Gadget Secure is a fraud company. They have taken myiphone 6 for repair and it is with them for the last 3 months.
Everytime, I call the customer care, I am told that it is under process. this is clear case of fraud and cheating by company. the company doesn't reply to emails and their customer care centre is full of 10th/12th pass outs who have been told 3-4 standard lines which are to be told to customers.
ONE OF MY FRIENDS WHO KNOWS A PERSON IN SYSKA TOLD ME THAT THEY TAKE YOUR PHONE, REPAIR IT AND RENT IT TO OTHER PEOPLE FOR FEES. AFTER 3-4 MONTHS, YOUR PHONE IS GIVEN BACK.
