Good in terms of pay, . Review on Synechron

In my career I have realized that it is always difficult to hope for perfect company. all you can expect is to take it all professionally and work according to give and take policy. you should not expect much from any company because company is made to generate income, and that is unavoidable. I would not say that my association with synechron as good, but I have not many complaints either. relatively small company, with fast growth, that pays well and has sufficient employee welfare schemes. one think about the company is that it give more focus on hard work and ability to learn and deliver results at fast pace.

My academic record was not very good, but that was not problem in synechron because I worked hard and completed most tasks assigned to me. company appreciated my good work and was not concerned about my not so good academic record. rest of the things are not much different from other IT companies In my career I have realized that it is always difficult to hope for perfect company.
