Hi guyz I want to tell you all I was working with this company Sutherland Global Services.i was working for IAG cargo prosses.the company is the good.even the training is good.not only good but awsome.but once you reached floor their starts politics.when I reached floor.i asked my tl I want a week off on 17 as it is my birthday.i mailed him 1 month ago.i even given him the reminder.but then too he gave week off to 3 people not me.that was the worst thing I faced.you cant give a week off to someone on his birthday.i even called him after seeing roster but he was like not receiving calls and all.this is how tl works.
