Sugar is an Indian brand launched recently. The Sugar smudge me not liquid lipstick is a blessing to those who love completely matte lipsticks. It is highly pigmented, and goes on opaque on the lips in just one swipe. It takes about 2 to 3 mins to mattify completely. Once dried it does not transfer at all. It is completely transferproof. But it is advisable to prep your lips before applying this lipstick, It is advisable to apply a lip balm beneath the lipstick because the lipstick tends to make the lips very dry and chapped. It will make ur lips very uncomfortable. Apart from this it has a very good wear time of approximately 6 hours after which it tends to fade from the centre of the lips following greasy food and drinks. It has a very good colour range but I wish they launch more unique colours in this range.
