I had the misfortune to purchase a SUKAM inverter from one dealer called Mr Arun here in Bangalore. Not a single visit has happened since the time of purchase and I am repenting my decision to have ever purchased the inverter.
The dealer in concern is extremely rude and abusive in nature and I have rather avoided him than ask for a service, I have got the ater refilled by local electrician and kind of given up any hope of ever getting any service from them. The Sukam office says they cant do anything and only dealer can do all this. Such is the pathetic attitude of the company employees..
If you do not wish to be completely on your own after purchasing this product, then do not do so in the first place. I have heard that they have had problems in Service inNorth India but I also facing it in Bangalore. Avoid this product like the plague.
