I really hate this bank. Going to your branch is a pathetic experience, the bankers here don't even listen to your problems, and to resolve a problem they will make you come to the branch several times. Moreover the bankers behave roughly with the customers. The machines at their atms and e-corners stay out of order 15 days a month. Really pathetic customer service. I am really fed up with this bank.
