State bank of India is a very well known bank in India.they have a lot of account holders in all over india but I would suggest you not to open any account with this bank.the first reason of this opinion is they have very bad customer service, may be that is because of these huge account holders.secondly, their infrastructure and procedures, most of the counters are closed all the times.you will see many machines are not working in many branches.one more thing, you will see they have a lot of ATM's but in most of the ATM's machines are not working.
