I opened a saving bank account in sbi in year 2013 and since then I started using sbi banking services.
SBI branch services is quite slow we all know but when its comes to online services or anyother non banking services which doesn't need to visit the branch then sbi is the BOSS.
Sbi missed call banking is very fast for checking balance and very safe from sequirity point of view.as I can get the instant update of any banking activity perform from my account.
ATM's of sbi are spread all over the country.in metropolitian cities like chennai where im currently studying I can get two or 3 SBI ATM centres easily within 1 km range.
in my college campus there are 4 sbi atm's are present.
but the reason why I choose sbi over other banks is its internet banking facilities which is not only fast & good but very safe also.when you have sbi internet banking you wont need to anywhere because it is full of all facilities and advance level banking features.i can maintain all my banking activity just in one place on my pic.
Customers support services of this bank is not good as we all know but think about it why? because anyone who's having biillions of customer it really hard to solve everyone's problem.
that is the thing they have to improve.
