After being frustrated by the State Bank Buddy app I am writing this review to alert people of being misguided.
State Bank Buddy is a mobile wallet where you can add money from your bank and use it to pay someone or recharge or pay bills or even transfer to another account.
The main drawback of this app is that it allows only 3 transactions per day which is ridiculous. But it is not stated anywhere else in the app. You will get to know when you are going to use it for more than 3 times when a pop up notification will arrive. This means if you added the money and you require to pay or send it to 3 different beneficiaries on the same day, it is impossible. You need to wait for the next day. I am the worst suffer of it and I felt being cheated by the app.
The app charges 1.8% of the money you transfer to the bank. Buddy can earn money from the advertisements it shows on their app but still they will charge you of your own money for even the smallest transfer to the bank.
Buddy does not provide payment option for all merchendise. Insurance providers like Reliance Nippon can not be found in the app.
The layouts and design is too boring. The same old sky blue colour and the font style is poor to use.
