Star_Health is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

The Agent made senior citizens like us take the Health policy without asking us any questions about my our previous hospitalisation. The next hospitalisation which was because of another trauma happened and the claims were rejected on grounds saying that the previous was not cited.

Cheating Senior citizens and the Agents are more bent on finishing the policy instead of enquiring about the previous records. What else do I call you. Cheats/ Frauds/
