Standard Chartered Bank is a very bad bank. I had an account in this bank. It has very bad phone banking as their customer service are always busy in another work. They talk to you very rudely. Their ATMs are harldy available in my city. There are only 1 ATM in my city of Standard Chartered Bank. Their internet banking is too poor. I wanted to book a hotel room. I made the payment. Money deducted but room was not booked. I contacted the customer service and they said that they will refund in 2-3 days. And they refunded my money after one week. Customer service is very poor.
