I made a purchase of Rs. 1913.82/= using credit card from SPAR shop in Element Mall, Bangalore on 16 May 2019, around 6.15 PM(refer to Bill No - 200101106166; cashier No 1248, store No 20010).
Now the magic happens in shop:
I purchased 3 packets of Bingo - 1 free on 2 packet. They are in above bill item no. 2 and 3. All have been charged.
One large Dettol-bottle was purchased for Rs.175/=. The bottle was defective and leaking - the cashier took away my bottle and did not replace. Despite requests he said having replaced my bottle - which actually was not done. However, he charged Rs 175/= in my bill without selling any bottle - item No 17.
Well, this is reported to authority asking to refer to Video Camera in the shop and they raised 350453504535045.
Someone called from+919108447625 at my cell phone around 1107 HR on 21 May 2019 referring ticket 350453504535045. But he did not take any step for resolution - like refunding the money OR compensating with a coupon.
Be careful next time you visit here.:-)
