Hello friends, I am a regular customer of snapdeal from last 3 years. I have purchased so many products from snapdeal. 3 months later I purchased red chief shoes from snapdeal. I ordered for size 6 no. But they delivered me size 7 no. f shoes. After that I made a complain for the wrong product and request them to change the product. They ensure me that we will change the product. But in last 3 months they are not able to pickup the product and give me the right product. I called them so many times but the problem is not resolved till now. Whenever I call them they tells me that u have no need to worry and we will pick up product in next 24 hours but those next 24 hours are not coming. Friends please tell me what to do. I am very disappointed by the snapdeal.
