Snapdeal has a website and app as well. I prefer the app because of its simplistic UI and smooth functioning. The website isn't bad either and there are lots of filter options as well.

I didn't have to pay anything for the delivery and the delivery speed was too good, I received my order in 2 days time. I also received text message updates about my order status.
Their customer service is the best I've seen so far, I wanted to know more about an ongoing offer and so I messaged them over facebook and they called me in 4 hours. Also, they really reply very quickly on emailing them too.
I Find snapdeal very reliable as there are always some offers available like cashback etc and seriously recommend it to people
