In case UR flight is cancelled (which happens a lot on air deccan) they refund the money and donot make an attempt to put U on another airline as they have no tie ups. And even worse if U have a return ticket they treat it as a cancellation . So if U have a return ticket for the next day U lose about 50% of the return ticket. if U have planned a holiday trusting air deccan to take U to UR holiday destination , God save U in case of flight cancellations .Their flight timings change and they make no attempt to inform the passengers as the onus is on the passenger to verify the flight timings . Their customer service is pathetic as they have a very few people at the call center and the lines are always busy.
I travelled from bangalore-bombay-bangalore once. THe flight is a A-320 , which is well maintained. The ground staff is again lousy and cannot even make a decent announcement.
