Sify Broadband Connection. The Worst connection I have ever used.
The Quality Points of Sify that makes Sify so Worst are:
Non Reliable Connection - Since Sify is not providing connection directly and it is distributed through local service provider. These providers donot have sufficient resouces and technology, they have poort quality of systems, switches and cables. They hardly pick up the compalint calls and then you have to drive to their office and make complaints. I have many many instace to discuss but the last one was when the MCD people broke the cable while cutting the trees from the park. Sify people took 4 days to reconnect the cable. How fast and quick service. See it didnt took years and just 4 days. Amazing isn't it.....
Lazy Service and Customer Care - I just bet you if you could understand even a single word while talking to sify Customer Care people. They have a southern accent, but that is not the issue even I have lot of my friends from the same place but these guys have such a noisy line and more over a weared accent that it make it completely unaudible. And then they are so technical that I cant even explain it. Just try it yourself and I am sure you would understand it.
Speed - Have you ever rided a vehicle which has pertrol mixed with diesel by mistake... it boost and then it stops for long and then again it boosts and stops like anything. That means you would never be able to download a file in ages using Sify BB Connection and sometime you might be the luckiest of all customer to have that pleasure.
Hell! Why I am waisting my time in writing for something which is useless.. may be want to warn you all before you take Sify service. Anyhow just want to say: BEWARE OF SIFY INTERNET CONNECTION.
