I joined serco in 2015. it is a multi national company. but its crew member make partialty with the workers .because every office have some politics but in the serco it is too much. and this is a bpo so they force to boy to come in the night and work. and they do not provide cab for gurgaon location. and the security of the worker is compromising. salary is too less here. and job security is very bad. No guarantee because most of the process are sales process in the company. so some times they use abuse language for the workers. and no responsible person support any of the worker.
But its floor and cafetaria is very neat and clean. but work load is too much.
