SBI is the biggest Government undertaken bank in India But sometimes its service is useless. I ordered SBI visa Credit card on this bank before 3 months ago. When I ordered it with my all documents they approved my orderd but I surprised to see after 1 month they send me a sms by telling me that Your Application of Visa Credit card is rejected. Then I contacted with the bank and they told me to give the documents again. I again orderd it and after 25 days I got it. Its a bad experience. It changed Rs 500+ Annual service charge for this card. I think its so high from other bank credit cards. One thing is that this card is not send me any sms of deduction which is not good for security reasons. Its customers service is not available many times when I needed it. Its a pathetic experience. Its EMI changes is so high about 15-16% . But I buy a car through HDFC finance and their charges is only 10-11% . So I think Its not a value of money Credit card. That's my opinion.
