I visited Koramangala Sangeetha stores and bought HCL Tablet for 14k. It stopped working after year. I approached the Sangeetha stores they said I need to visit HCL service station as they cannot do anything. This happened in 2014 I had worst experience using that tablet it never got repaired. In 2017 after 3 years I visited Mantri Mall, Sangeetha Stores and bought I phone. I phone is such a reputed company but again in 3 days I had some problem with the speaker the person at the other end could never hear the voice. I went to Sangeetha stores then they again told the same visit apple service center. I dont know why the hell they are operating as third party agents of the mobile company's and selling their products while they can neither provide any service to the customers.
The other bad thing about Sangeetha stores is that they publish some exciting mouth watering deals to pull the customers in and once you go and talk to them about the deal, they will start quoting the conditions to claim the deal, which is not practically possible for 95% of the customers.
I dont find any value in these stores.
