Todah j want to share my personal experience of using this brand air conditioner. When j buy it for first 6 months it is working well. But after that the problem in this going on increasing day by day. Firstly there is a problem of gas leakage I filed a complain to the customer care and they service it after 10 days same problem will be there so I again filed the complain again and when the serviceman check the leakage then he said that there is a leakage in the coil so you have to change the whole coil because we cant weld on aluminium coil it cost me around 7800 rs. So I want all the people who is thinking of buyong new AC of samsung please look after it I am not saying that all ac are same but there is mainly problem with samsung brand.
