Very bad. Review on Sai Service - Pune

Bajaj people had given me Sai service numbers and told me that I can  continue with my amc. I got pick n drop also. I called up so many times  at Sai service in the morning, ha. no answer. finally at around 11 am  somebody picked up the phone and accepted my request. They came at 1.30  to pick my bike. Amazing thing was there was no service person present  only drives who doesn’t know anything at all. I need to call the service  station people and inform them about my bike issue. huuuu. all this  dam hectic . so after finishing servicing I called them to drop my bike  but they told me it will take more time .I was waiting till 7 pm but  no answer from sai ppl. So I personally went there and I seen was really  horrible. Although they have given probiking servicing contract but  . they don’t have any extra arrangements for this. Somehow I managed to  get my bike. It was very bad experience though, I think they had just  washed my bike and returned to me .
