I booked a ticket from Bangalore to KOZHIKODE . I was told to board at electronic city at 7 . At about 8( An hour late), a pickup van came and told me to board at Madiwala as they have changed boarding. Reached Madiwala around 9 and I kept on asking the person in the office about bus arrival and he told to wait . I waited for a while and later he told that the bus already left . Worst experience .
