Hey guys today I am gonna share my personal experience and my view on this Royal Regency Hotel-Chennai.So let's get started!
So I have recently visited Chennai for my business trip and I have booked this hotel from an online platform.
The hotel was at an very affordable price so I booked this and it was not even far away from Railway station.But when I reached the hotel for check-in they asked me to pay after the payment when I got the key for my room when I entered my room to my wonder the room was not cleaned at all the bed sheets on the bed were not done properly and even there were some problem with the bathroom, as I paid for the room and there were no rooms available other than this room I had to stay in that room
When I called the room assistant they came and apologized for the problem which I was facing they asked me to stay outside for 15 min so that they can fix everything and after 30 min they gave me my room.
At night I ordered food which was disgusting the taste of the food was really very bad the food was not value for the money
Overall this is not the perfect hotel to stay if you are on holidays or at business related work at chennai please stay away from this hotel
