Rocky handsome is a story of spy agent who lost his wife in a terrorist blast then he decided to kill the drug smugglers, he also met to a little girl which becomes his friend and she got kidnapped by drug smugglers and then rocky save her and kill all others.
It's just a predictable emotional action film which can be watched once, the story is simple and can be seen in many films.starcast is also not very interesting and impactful.
