I got the Ridaex RE-1500+ delivered to my place on and as I received it I was able to see some damage marks on the carton box of the TV. As I opened the box and took the TV out I could see that the screen of the TV was badly damaged with a huge mark in the middle, it was as if though someone had put some weight on the screen while it was out for shipping. I complained the same issue to the support team of the gotmatter website and they asked me for the pictures of the broken TV along with the picture of the broken box so I sent them and I was asked to wait for some days so that the TV would be replaced after verification. Hence I did it and received a replacement TV today.
The quality of the TV is top class, I was expecting the same quality of service with the previous delivery itself.
