Reliance mobile service cheater. I have several times been cheated RCOM in the name of subscribing to new value added service. Suddenly they send a sms telling that you have been charged rs 5 or rs 30 for subscribing to tune charge or cricket sms for which u never subscribed.
To unsubscribe , you have go through big process by dialing and talking pressing numbers etc. You really get fed up. Even if you complain, they simply do not bother refunding the money. We all should write TRAI against RCOM.
Kindly write to TRAI against this practice of RCOM. Reliance mobile service cheater. Such things never happen with BSNL. I feel service by BSNL is better.
