Recently I tried redbus.in becoz my reservation in irctc couldn't be confimed and I have to lot of problem with this website.
there customer care service is worst and you have to face lot of difficulty in booking your ticket.
Since, there has been some discount period nowdays in website but all that is a total waste.
I have booked my reservation from varanasi to delhi but the journey experience is not so good for me.
This trip cost me about rs. 1339 ( discount price) .
I have tried to talk to the customer care executive for the upgradation but it dosen't helped me a lot.
overall if you have an emergency then for sure you can try redbus.
