I bought a shoe pair from a otlet in dwarka sector 4, it was the worst experience with Redtape. after purchasing it was observe that its sole having a issue within 4-5 days. Then I wrote to company and visit that showroom they replaced it and gave me a new pair of shoes.
But after 15-20 days same concern reoccured but this time I wanted solution from Redtape itself, I dont have faith in dealers.
I wrote to company alot of times emailed them called the customer care but nothing helped me. they said it is not there concern and I should talk to the dealer ie. the showroom.
it has been more than 5 weeks and when I visited the showroom he stated to be rude and gave excuses which is not acceptable.
I would not recommend anyone to buy products from Redtape.
