I purchased hero xtreme bike from R.S Automobiles in 2014. I was happy with the bike but after an year when my bike chain kit was in bad shape and needed replacement, it took additional nine months to do as.
For general repairing no one listen to you. One have to wait for and shout repeatedly so that any one can come to attend your problems.
I never get major parts in time.
Once my bije front light has to be replaced and it took 4 months to do so.
I am frustated with the kind of service they provide.
They dont work on problems you mention in bike servicing. You have to visit them again and again.
