I have punjab national bank account opened 3 years ago today I want to use this account for online net banking so downloaded app from playstore I was socked to know that this official app of pnb bank is of worst condition ap even dont function direct which means
phone banking is of worst condition
and whenever I tried to call customer service it is always busy with some other line so iam not happy with customer service also .today most important thing for a person is internet banking and iam very disapointed for PNB bank that its service is really worst
atleast a good workable app should be created present app available in the playstore is not working at all
many customer wants to know thier bank balance and other notification from thiers phone itself without going to bank
so guys iam really unhappy with this banking system
