As I wanted to buy genuine products, I visited polar web site https://polarelectric.in/fan/ceiling-fans?p=6 and ordered a ceiling fan online. Payment and Ordering was successful. It happened on the 8th of June, at the moment of writing this review(06/22) there is no response. email to polar customer support at customercare@polarelectric.in evicted no response. This is not the first time how Indian companies treat and cheat their customers. I have also written review of Godrej Airconditioner and how they cheated, then Eurekha Forbes water purifier and now Polar. They are all making me think not to buy any Indian products. First, indian companies should learn and respect their fellow indian customers then only they can scale to a global level.
